Did you try shared or private proxies ? or both. Wanted to see some feedback before I buy them.

Ordered 50 proxies yesterday. Didn't get them instantly as advertised. Emailed support - they said they would be activated soon. Waited another hour - emailed them again. They apologized and promised to get them activated within 2 hours. 2 hours pass, then 6 hours. I go to sleep. Wake up this morning and still nothing. Been over 24 hours now... I've used these proxies in the past and they're great, but don't advertise it as instant if they're not. Frustrated right now. Still haven't heard back from support today and I'm afraid that because it's Sunday I won't....

Sometimes this will happen due to certain large orders we receive, and unfortunately most data centers cannot provide their services instantly. 99% of the time our services are setup instantly. We provide support 7 days a week so your proxies were delivered earlier today and I added a couple extra days to your billing cycle.

I want to ask how many users do you put on shared proxies? I remember reading 3 earlier. Is that still the case?
What's your bandwidth speed on your shared proxies on average on that 1 gbit port? My earlier proxy supplier had a very low bandwidth speed on romanian proxies. Thanks, I might consider ordering.

It is still 3. Bandwidth can vary due to many variables. We don't have Romanian proxies but you can try us out for 3 days risk free.

I rarely post reviews, but the proxies are decent, sometime one or two go over the 1ms response time, but that's fine since i use them for GSA ad scrapebox tasks. I can say for that price you get same quality as with the providers that offer 10 proxies for $10+, here you get same for 4$.
The only thing what is painful for me is the auth process, since i am on dynamic IP and i reset my IP a lot wen i create accounts and stuff and each time need put in my IP manually for the auth process. Why is there no pass auth?
Anyway i am getting rid now of other providers and switch to your service.
NOTE: I am not affiliate with any of the providers and this was my honest opinion.

Thank you very much for your review. Unfortunately there can be no pass auth because of the way our servers are configured.
I submitted a ticket to request for change of 2 ips. As I got 3 from same subnet. Looking forward for the change.
It is true I have 1 pc with dynamic IP, so a little pain too... haven't even use on that pc because of dynamic ip. But will start to use it soon... :happysad:

We have responded to your ticket.
This is the reply I got from them:
"We don't have proxies in Nevada, and unfortunately one of the ways we can offer such low prices on our proxies is by being able to give them automatically through a code driven platform. When a customer requires a custom proxy package build we have to change them manually and for this we charge a one time $10 fee or $1 per proxy which ever is cheaper, to offset our extra costs for doing this. Let me know if you would like a custom build and I can invoice you."
So if anyone don't like to have same subnets, may be this is not your choice. So those don't care, the price is ok.
I remember seeing other post about ips from same subnet as well. So basically you will get about 60%-70% ips from the same subnet when you buy.

These guys are awesome. Last month used them and I was happy, so continuing with them.
But the only thing that I didn't like is that when you select mixed EU and US, I got 70% of EU, which I needed opposite like 70% US, but the support said it's assigned automatically and needed to cancle the order and re-order.
Other than that, I'm very happy. Guys, please look in to that, cos some need more US and some EU.

That is a very large assumption based on the 5 proxies you purchased from us, and is not true. We have many subnets and our system randomly selects the subnets. It is obvious that the more proxies you purchase the more subnets you will get, this is true for all major proxy providers. You received 3 total subnets for your 5 proxies which is good by any standard.
