You start searching for a service and you see all the details and the price
When you contact the seller he will say no the price is increased.
with that inflation you have the right to do but it's bad for me to start asking about the new price if there is any.
The new price should be updated on the first page of the sale thread
There should be a rule for that and seller need to pay the edit fees to update the price so they don't update price every 2 days.
This is my suggestion for today, do you support it?

+1, sometimes it is very hard to figure the price out. IMO there should be a "tag" like element attached to the OP that mentions the price. The price could perhaps be allowed to be updated without having to update the rest of the thread (and without having to pay... if the edits cost money.. not sure.). Just my personal opinion though. :)

Those are the rules.

There should be understading between buyer n seller. Price should be flexible.

Every time you encounter a seller doing that, please report them. Price changes are ONLY allowed through a thread edit and they must be verified by staff.

What if there is no price at all?

Definitely report that. We missed it during the testing and pre-check of the sales thread. All sales threads are required to have
  • Pricing
  • Contact (off-forum)
  • Refund policy
That's the bare minimum (even for sales threads that offer free products/services)

Many people sound nice in start, after payment they totally flip the deal.

If that happens on BHW then that's what the shit list is for.

We have a list of rules that must be adhered to on BHW MarketPlace publicly available here https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/the-black-hat-world-marketplace-rules.1295700/

Where a seller goes against these we ask that you report them to ensure there is consistency amongst the seller community on the forum.

As mentioned above by @BassTrackerBoats and @Echo this is already policy. Please note that you should keep all communication with buyers and sellers on the forum.

Include your current pricing, refund policy, and contact details in your thread.
  • Customers need to know exactly how much they'll be paying for your service. Remember to include the currency.
  • Your products and services must be of quality and priced reasonably. BHW staff will be the sole arbiters of this.
  • Unhappy customers need to know how and if they can get a refund.
  • For your contact details, do not just link to your website. It must be in the form of an email address, Skype ID, or anything similar.

Please note that all such marketplace policy is freely available here https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/the-black-hat-world-marketplace-rules.1295700
