Hi there,

Thinking about purchasing around 4-5 high PR / organic stories from blogs within my niche. All of these blogs rank highly for search terms related to the niche. My main questions if an SEO ninja can help me out:

1. How much gain in ranking would this give my site overall?
2. Should I add 1x link just linking to my main landing page with generic anchor text & 1x keyword targeted anchor text to each article?
3. If using a generic link e.g. 'Visit My Awesome Site for crazy cats' would the juice from this link trickle down to category pages/product pages?

You may want to consider the metrics that are being marketed to you are out of date as that is not being updated for the public and has not for some time.

What would you say is good DA / PA to warrant paying for a guest post on a blog?
