PR4 Facebook Groups... Worth anything??

Ive got a few smaller, but niche specific, fb groups sitting at PR4 - each one has around 20k likes... I am not doing jack with these things, is it worth it to sell? or Should I use these to monetize?? Thoughts...

Monetize it and see how things go.
If it doesn't work then look the prospective to JV.
Even then if it doesn't work you could sell it.

i took your advice and monetized, do you have any experience gauging price of these kinds of things - these are all very very established and active laser targeted niche groups

Any advice is appreciated - cause i have no idea where to start pricing fb pages... I am not trying to get rich out here or have some high hopes - i am realistic, just want them to go into the hands of someone who can give them the attention they deserve
