I have recently tried to sell software on ebay in the digital form. However I have encountered some problems.
1. The key generator for the software says it is a virus when I upload it to skydrive, so I am currently trying to send it an alternative way.
2. Buyers from ebay are arseholes and one has left me negative feedback. Understandable if I actually sent a virus, but I did not.
I thought if I can advertise a link or URL on ebay, saying something like 'get 'this software' for pennies just for filling a short survey!!'. and then send the link to the wining bidder, they could go fill the survey get the software and Id get money from PPD and Ebay.
The only problem with this is buyers only read, a) what software it is b) price and c)free postage. Some buyers don't read the product description which would obviously say how they would get the software, and they expect you to send the software for free in a hard copy.
Has anyone tried this method or a similar method?
