PPC Quick-wins For Dermal Fillers Niche

Anyone got any advice on PPC for the Dermal Filler niche? Been running for a few weeks now but, no conversions.The budget isn't massive which is making the campaign tougher to optimise. I'm looking for some info on time of day, day of week, or anything that would be of use really, if anyone has an insight? Pretty much just guessing at the moment, I normally have a big budget to get me to the decision making quickly, but this one seems to be taking a while.
