Powerlikes is meant to push your posts to the explore page. the more the better, however most of the powerlikes providers will get you likes from Low quality accounts.So it will not be effective.
Nowadays it's a tough mission to locate an HQ Powerlikes provider who can handle many clients at the same time without getting his accounts shutdown. At the same time; some people use the Powerlikes as a Social proof. so they are not worried about the explore page.
However, it will not be considered as a Powerlikes and you can get them way more cheaper from SMM panels.

Reviving the thread, does anyone have any recommendations for Instagram likes? Looking for good quality, doesn't have to be real. As long as profiles are filled and real looking, pass on the middle eastern/russian accounts. Social proof is the goal.
