POTENTIAL FOLLOW BLOCK SOLUTION

I believe I have found a guaranteed method to remove FOLLOW BLOCKS from accounts that have been blocked due to follow/unfollow method.
One of my clients purchased an Instagram ad campaign at $20/day for 7 days. After the ad was reviewed and approved the ad block was removed...
Go figure Instagram wants our money.
I need everyone's help to verify this method. Please list amount spent in addition to other related INFORMATION ON how lo before the follow/block was released.

or just have it approved?

Also is the account blackhat? or whitehat?

The account is whitehat and originally the post was denied then later approved after appeal process due to violation of Instagram terms and conditions!!!

Do you recon it would work with a lower cost ad? How many people did he begin following again?
 
I've got whitehat acc blocked from follow, and a low $1/day budget is running on promotion, but doesn't stop them from blocking.

I believe it could be a diff story with bigger budget, such as the one OP mentions ($20/day). But hard to justify, unless you get real benefit from it.
