posting by pc vs posting by phone - this is my result

I’ve also posted from both PC and phone, and there doesn’t seem to be any significant difference between the two. I think it’s more likely that the timing of the post happened to align with when the platform was pushing it more aggressively to certain audiences

That's strange, I feel your number is illogical. Most of us post using computers because we have to edit and create videos on the computer.
hello bhw
I have an aged facebook page and I post many reels in a few days, so this is my result
views of videos posted by phone: 2300
views of videos posted by pc: 80

so my question is: do you guys have the same result and what about other platforms ( tiktok , instagram ...)

I think the content audience and posting history matter more than the device alone Its worth testing both methods consistently before drawing a conclusion.

The key point is this: Meta has not announced an official rule stating that "Reels posted via mobile are prioritized over those posted via desktop." Facebook supports creating and sharing Reels in various ways, so the upload device alone is not enough to explain the 28.75-fold difference you observed.

i've seen differences like this before but I wouldn't assume the device itself is the reason Posting time audience activity reel quality and early engagement can all have a bigger impact so I'd test the same content from both devices over a larger sample

That stranger posting same video from pc and phone and phone have most views

So what the different if you post from phone ?

I have to try same method and post result here

Browser works better for me.

Yes, this disparity is very common across Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram. Algorithms tend to favor native mobile uploads for short-form video content like Reels and TikToks.
