Possible ways into the Tiktok creativity program

Hi there, i have decided to start grinding to join this program and post content so i can possible make money from this. And with that, i have a few questions i was hoping some tiktok veterans could answer. I'm not from the US.

1. I realize the best way to go about this is growing your tiktok organically, i'm currently waiting to be contacted by apple so i can reset my iPad so i can start a new account. But in the meantime, is it possible to buy an USA made tiktok account without it getting shadowbanned? And how do i go about this?
1.1. Should i buy a already joined Creativity Program account? or just an USA made account and grow it myself?
1.2. Do i need a new device, or can i use my private phone for it? (Meaning any bought accounts)
1.3. Do i need to use a VPN at all times, or are there other alternatives?
1.4. Do you easily get shadowbanned for buying accounts, and how do i prevent this?

2. How exacly does applying for the Creativity Program work? What types of verifications does Tiktok require from me when i'm applying?

3. If growing a tiktok account organically from scratch, how do i go about making the account? Like making sure i get USA audience and making sure Tiktok does not shadowban me or reject me from the creativity program?

Geotargeting - it was mentioned thousands of times on forum, so I don't know why someone should repeat answers because you are lazy. Just read forum and you will know everything.
Legal things - creativity program is place where you need to put real tax ID. You can have problems visiting USA later if you put fake tax id. With Europe, this is TikTok fault but honestly, you should ask tax advicers not on forum. It's possible, they will demand tax from you and ask your local tax office to get money from you.

Yes exacly, it's answered alot of times with a lot of different answers. Instead of calling me lazy, you can see for yourself that people have so many different answers to this question, and people still get shadowbanned, can't join the creativity program or miss US audience completely.

I don't understand what you are talking about here. To be able to withdraw money i have to give tiktok my tax id? If that's the case, they will see it's not from the US. How does other people go about this if their not american?
