Possible to add a like or thanks button in conversations?

Not sure if this has been suggested before. Would it be feasible to add a thanks/like button in conversations? I think it could be handy just to let someone know you have seen and read a message, one that might not necessarily need a reply, just a courtesy to the person who sent it so they know you have seen their message.

Just a random thought that maybe handy if it's an easy addition.

Can't an "ok", "got it", "done" do the job?
 
What if someone abuse it, I would create a 2nd account and start a conversation with my main account, and would keep doing conversation and thanking it.
Those thanks shouldn't count though.

No I dont mean it like that. I dont mean thanks that count. Like I say I guess I was just being lazy and it sounded better in my head at the time than it does now lol

On the bright side I was looking for "like" button few moments ago in some of my PMs as I've had quite a few to reply to, but at the end of the day I found as hard time as I have and as bad as I feel I should actually reply to everyone as they deserve me to do so. They took time to send me message I will take as long as it takes to at least reply to the message that needs to be replied to.

I hope this doesn't sound to stupid but I'm not quite in a mood, but I do hope it helps.

Jokes aside, this could be implemented actually but not too much point in it. Why would someone be "respected" (let's call that when you have many likes received) if it's only from private messages? So it means he didn't contributed to the community of this forum.

SMH! I dont mean likes or thumbs up that count towards a total of any kind I meant as a fecking reply lol. As in similar to predictive text that come up when you text someone on a phone like when you can reply with a thumbs up. a button you can hit that says thanks or even something to let the other person know it has been read. Like I say sounded way better when I wrote this, now not so much :)

So in theory you would like a feature that will allow you if reply from PM is good enough to have AI involved to predict if reply is good enough for you and in that case only have "like" button?

Jokes asides @William702 no hard feelings, just some jokes, your suggestion is nice but nothing special that will help community in any way actually.
