It doesn't matter, if he try to scam you, and if you open a disputes at the same time, PP will see that and you will get your money back, so you don't need to be worried, you will get your money for sure in one way or another

i think portugalkix defines the word scam in money terms.
scams come in all forms, and the one he has done isnt to
take money with no return

his scam was to run multiple accounts, fake reviews
and create a dishonest sales thread
as well as being dishonest to the mod that granted it.

I can refund through wire, Paypal or Moneybookers.

A month later, he wanted to buy some lists from me... He begged me to lower the price and help him... told lame stories about his parents (I want to help them, I'm ruined, I'm fucked yada yada)
And then all of a sudden he starts disrespecting me... says I should be ashamed for asking him for money for my lists because he;s a 17 year old poor boy and I'm a rich ass businessman (which I'm not, he just likes to think that way).

I stopped responding him on skype after that.

I swear if I knew you would go this low, Envyliciousz/Gudrulea/Portualkix - I would never have even accepted your skype request.

Let it be a warning to members who try to conceal info from the moderators that there is a big change it will get in the open one day.
And will have consequences...

I was the moderator who approved the thread and the results were good and still are satisfactory considering the
quality of the site and content I used for the review.

But with all the misinformation going around and reading customer comments in this thread I can no longer be 100% sure that the service offered for review is exactly the same service members were receiving after ordering.

Good or bad service, when lies and deception are needed to get it approved and prove it's quality there is only one way to
end this. Refund the members who lost their trust in the service.
I hope portugalkix understands this and sticks to his promise to honor every refund request.

Quite funny how I'm 19, and he was calling me a 'kid' on Skype and saying how I'm not ready to be in business what a joke. I knew something was up as soon as I received the report... what a douche bag. Now i'm $280 down, can't afford other SEO services just now and I can't see us getting a refund either. I'm above angry.

1. Illegally got clients for his SEO Service (Read FTC' rules... its illegal to have fake testimonials)
2. Had multiple accounts (Against BHW rules)
3. Tricked a mod... took advantage of the fact that some people were being nice to him and were trying to help.

I actually haven't read all of the thread, just the main bits which had a lot of thanks! But here are my points, not that they would be of importance but just my opinions..

1) OP was offering a SEO service, and regardless of the fact of whether it worked or not - he got the BST approved in a so what unethical way. Making multiple accounts and faking reviews alone should count as a perma-bannable offence. You are really lucky you are still here!

2) BassTrackerBoats - you are a gentlemen. Always have respected you, and always will!

3) BK071 - Nice screenshots of your point. Nice!

4) BB - Great way to handle this. If I was a Mod, I would have banned this guy ages ago, simply for the multiple accounts. There are people who have been rejected from BST's before (including me) and its just annoying to see someone fake their way through.

5) Portugal, no matter how effective your service is - you deserve to be banned IMHO. You have fake reviews and ultimately multiple accounts.

6) Lastly, when your service was up, I actually honestly thought it was too over rated and priced. No offence and this is just my opinion. I then PM'ed you I think asking regarding articles and keywords and you said that your service works well that way. With 2 keywords as max, I don't see that as being good. Hell yeah, it might work for the short term but when the next major update rolls out, you're fucked.

Lastly, you don't learn SEO in a few weeks, or months. It's something which requires consistent knowledge, patience and tons of testing. Just my few cents. It took me years of work, testing, mistakes, $$$$ loss before I got to where I am now!

EDIT 2 - PORTUGAL, IT'S NOT ABOUT THE SERVICE. IT DOESN'T MATTER IF YOUR SERVICE IS THE BEST SEO SERVICE ON THIS FORUM. THE FACT THAT YOU MADE MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS AND HAD FAKE REVIEWS IS A VERY EASILY PERMA-BANNABLE OFFENCE.

The only thing I asked was to let my account live till I will finish all orders, till I will refund everyone and till I will send all reports. I know that I deserve ban.

(yes Google crawls de-indexed sites, I had around 100 ALN domain that got de-indexed and I Google kept crawling them time to time)

You also said that you would accept special non-English characters but that proved to be total bullshit too, and you even misspelled one of the anchor text miserably.
