The issue is with your titles and tags from my quick review. I don't have a perfect solution for you, unfortunately.

I would just keep trying out different things: Make a couple very very long titles, make a couple very short and simple titles like "Big dick cum on tits," "slut wife sucks deep," "wife fucks like hooker." They sound dumb, but they work.

You also need to up your volume. The content doesn't all need to be great with storylines in 4k definition, sometimes it's just the phone laying in bed rubbing feet on dick and the title is "Rubbing feet on dick," and the tags are "feet, foot, dick, cock, penis, foot fetish, dirty feet, wife, wife feet." That's it. That's a video for you. Takes 10 minutes to film and upload.
