Popads Refund Problem

hello guys idk is this the right place where i;m posting, actually many days ago i made a deposit on popads.net but i didn't run any camping and that's mean my balance is still same then maybe 7days ago i gave a mail to them and asked for refund and after 2days they said me that they'll refund me, BUT almost 5days gone they didn;t take any step , even i send them mail but didn;t get any answer from them. what should i do now?
