I use a few different tools.
One is Simple Leveraging (a WSO - sorry but it is)
It's a private network of about 350 sites that let you put on 30 links per site per day (they have tool that automates it pretty much)
That's about 9000 links per day if you use them.
Another would be Sick Submitter. It's a bit tecky, but ok.
FInally, the triumverate of...
Ping

RSS Submit
Put together still doesw wonders
I use scrapebox for ping, with 1000+ in my ping list
BMD for bookmarking and
Fast Submit for RSS (I host my own - good RSS tools will allow you to turn a page into an RSS XML file for submission quite quickly)
Of course - you could do the lot (SLS, Ping, Bookmark and RSS submit)
I do, and I have about a 99% success rate with indexing.
So if you use a tool like Article MArketing Robot, you can create 600+ links (how many I normally end up with for a well spun article) and get 590+ of them actually indexed
I would also make some WEB2.0 structures as well - but given the paucity of decent spammable sites these days, 10 or 12 is aboutr all I would ever use - I certainly wouldn't bother buying a tool to do this any more, there just aren't enough places to post to to warrant a one hundred and fifty bucks a month tool - essp when stand alone tools for keywords, bookmarking,RSS submission and mass linking are so much cheaper AND BETTER in the long run (better is a vital popint in here - make no bones about it, Nuke et al does not have a very good set of extra tool - they are adequate at best. MNF and Samurai far exceed Nuke for keywords. BMD and BMWiz are 100x better for bookmarking, RSS SUbmit and Fast RSS have 3-4 x more places to submit to than Nuke. AMR and Edwinsofts new article program are again substantially better than Nuke (quicker and more sites) for articles - and they are all one of payment.
End up paying almost two thousand bucks a year for a tool that posts to ten good sites and pads itself out with a load of crappy second rate "extras" ( the ten good sites is something you could do yourself in seconds once you have made a few shortcuts and simple keyboard macros)
THe best advice is - find something MANUAL that works for you and your style of marketing (big sites/small sites/lotsa sitees/one or two sites/local/adsense/high ticket ect ect - we are all different)
Find what works and then AND ONLY THEN automate what works.
Don't buy tools first and look for a system to use them in.
Get a system THEN buy tools to autmate bits of it.
