I drink distilled water only.
There is a huge misconception about distilled water and it's dangers. It's safe to drink, hell it's the purest water you can drink. They just don't want you to know about it, so you keep buying mineral water, worse case you keep drinking tap water which just makes you a sick zombie.
Yes, distilled water does flush out minerals, but there are organic and non-organic minerals. Your body has a hard time using non-organic minerals, so you better flush it out from your joints and muscles.
Distilled water can't flush out organic minerals. I am no pro in chemistry, but basically distilled water has negative charge and organic stuff have negative charge as well.
You get your minerals from food, don't be fooled! Minerals solved in water is irrelevant to your health.
Please get yourself a water distiller or at least a purifier system installed!
