In my opinion the first one is better. Both are pretty simple but first one looks more professional

The font on the second concept is better, it has a corporate look. I suggest to improve the flag icon and make it more related on the concept of the business. Thanks and hope it helps.

2nd logo is good its looks brandable and professional
