Everything else aside I like the first one - its a really trendy design.
However, in the business you are in I think the second one is better - because it says: "We are a serious company, you can trust us, we don't waste time trying to be trendy, we are just doing a job - sorting out your reputation."
if that makes sense.

2nd one looks much more professional and would be better for professional services. First one is a bit more for child brands.

Logo #2 makes a better impression: it illustrates that your company is a professional. Elegant and simple.

First one looks more suitable about online reputation management in my opinion, due the little star and looks cool
