I recently onboarded a plumber business in Fort Lauderdale. They came from another agency that built a website first and tried to fix SEO later. The site had no keyword plan, no service structure, and no map strategy.
I told the client very clearly, we do not build pages until the Core 30 service SILO, keyword research, and local area targeting are finalized, design first. SEO architecture first.
I followed Caleb’s Core 30 framework and combined it with our proven local SEO process:
Only after locking this foundation, I moved into content, on-page, GMB optimization, and schema.
This approach works because:
Most agencies build websites. Real SEOs build strategy, structure, and search intent pathways first.
Core-30 gives the skeleton.
Local SEO builds authority. Map, organic, and voice search all support each other when the strategy starts before design.
If you are developing a website, SEO later, you're already behind.
Structure first.
Signals built in from day one.
Then content and links fuel the machine.

- 30 service + supporting content mapped
- Real problem-based articles (not filler blogs)
- Voice-search queries and FAQ structure
- Featured snippet opportunities identified
- High-intent emergency terms highlighted
Location clusters around Fort Lauderdale are planned based on population, CPC, and search volume
Clean internal linking layout designed before writing a single line of content
