I would be looking t something that you cn brand yourself that does not hhave anything to do with web design. Something well out ofthe box.

Then go with that; use hobbies, family nicknames, etc to generate ideas. I once named a business a name similar to a name of a biz that my Grandfather owned.
I get your point. But somehow, the name should at least be remotely related to what the business is all about. It should create an immediate impression on the prospective clients. Google, for example, was probably gotten from "goggles", and it immediately creates the impression of a pair of search glasses.
Thanks all the same for the suggestion. I won't be the only one to gain from this, and that was my intent from the beginning.

I'd disagree pretty hard with the name being related tip the biz in an initial impression sense.
I create impressions and I create brands. I would rather go the extra mile and stand out from the crowd and be considered elite than run of the mull.

They probably thought I'd back off and abandon the thread. I knew there are still mature and reasonable people here on BHW, so I was patiently waiting for their contributions.
Great!! I've been considering that too, and have read widely about it and other ways to come about a great name. I will give this a serious thought. For now, I have a name in mind; a two-syllable word, but I am thinking of altering a letter in it to create a unique brand whose domain name is very much available.
