Plimus PayPal.. WTF?

Can anyone share some experience with 2co / 2checkout? Did anyone switch or considers bewitching from Plimus to them?

Thank you.

Update about: 1shoppingcart.com

I had signup to their trial account and found that they are also asking for PayPal email to accept PP payments...

Now the only option I am left with is 2CO ....

I think 2co will do same thing :(
It's better to keep in touch with customers who use different payment systems.

ohh crappppppp. seems like gaypal now doing with every payment processor.. now they are becoming cyber crime police rather than a payment processing company.

HI.. With my experience, 2Co does not ask for PP email id to accept payments via paypal. However, customers from certain locations will not find paypal as an option, depending on the IP address you login from.

I can see plimus again opened paypal at my end ? I never putted my email in the system.

Is this temporary or ?

^^ thats true it will be closed after 9th of December.

Yeah but yestarday it was not available ????????? hmmmmm

PayPal is getting bigger and bigger and their conditions worse and worse...
I really just got enough of the paypal crap so I need to replace it with something reliable
I could spam this forum with some zergy 200 posts or just google it myself right? :D
Anyone here got some experience with the rebranded moneybookers thingie?

anyone tried witih 2co? How long we need to wait after we apply with them? I have been waiting since more than 2 days now and they have NOT replied to my application yet. wtf?

If they don't accept you they won't mostly reply. This is how arrogant these guys are. There are tons of types of products/services they won't accept. Wait until Monday evening (US time) and consider yourself rejected.

What is your business about? They should accept you unless you are in the prohibited list of services/products or have some other shady business (like selling email accounts).

Took me about 3 days for approval. So wait for another day at max, as someone said Monday is good.

Any update guys ? Anyone managed to sort this out and to find a better solution than 2co ?

2co is lame. I'm waiting for their reply since past 5 working days and they just reply to my support tickets that be patience we will have a response shortly.

I have also approached to g2s and got replies I filled application form there and waiting for their reply as well. Nothing else on my side.

Nope. For us the only choice right now is 2co. But I have been thinking of dropping paypal recently. It's not a big loss and who (legitimate customer) doesn't have a credit card these days? Amazon and co don't accept paypal either and I haven't heard anybody complaining about it.

that's true everybody have CC but many of the customers DO NOT want to use cards rather pay by gaypal to protect their money.

Be aware of the new 2co fees starting 1st January 2012:
URL removed

Google for "2checkout SCHEDULE AOPERATING REGULATIONS FEE SCHEDULE"

Chargeback fees almost tripe: From 11 USD to 30 USD.
