Also about rest of the world as you issue payments and you are suggesting to open a virtual bank account and it will be a total fail position. You provide virtual bank accounts -> paypal limits the account as usual -> pplz have to show their documents where they are living and bla bla.. copies of bills , bank statements and so on.. Once they knows someone using virtual bank not the real one they will permanently block it so a total fail situation IMO.

Sorry, I must have not been clear. I didn't mean that we can't process funds to India, just that we can't give you a debit MasterCard. We can do the bank transfers. The Virtual Account, though, is connected to the card, not to a bank transfer, so we can't issue VAs to Indian citizens (since we can't issue the MasterCards).

As for the VA, we have thousands of people using the VA. If your account is flagged, it's due to your activity, not the payout method. We haven't had any problems on our end. Usually we are able to help solve it if necessary. We haven't had people blocked in a way that they couldn't get their funds, but this is something that has been done for the past couple of years without problems, for the most part.

I'm not talking about issues at Payoneer end. I was talking about issues at paypal end. Once they knew we are using virtual account not a real one they gonna block. Although its my assumption but any guy out there using this method to get funds? please clear it here.

Honestly, this isn't something that's really happened a lot, but of course it could. If it does, we do our best to help our users. There are users on BHW that use it though - you can do a search for Payoneer Virtual Account I think.

Well, you could mask your software to make it seem that it is not spyware or something of the sort.

I've been using 2Co for about 3 months and my experience has been quite good. It doesn't offer the fully functional web forms like plimus does, so I built my own using WHMCS.

Here is a list of items prohibited by 2checkout hxxp://www.2checkout.com/documentation/prohibited.html.

SEO and SEO related services are not there in the list. They are particular about your website being fully functional, should have a refund policy, privacy policy and must have contact information put out. I find them quite easy to use, and unlike gaypal, you don't get scam orders. I can vouch for 2CO being faaar better than paypal, and now even better than plimus!

Yes, 2CO would be great. I'm actually getting in touch with the new accounts unit manager at some point tomorrow most likely as its already 5:00 here to see what can be done. My software is not necessarily for spamming but is sometimes used like that so its kind of a grey area

And thanks SEOGuru for sharing 1st hand experience; I'd like to hear more if it on these other options if I can't get in.

Also I find it strange that I'm getting rejected all of these places as I'm a super easy client. I've only had 1 chargeback in the last 9-10 months since i went to Plimus (and I do a good volume, sometimes even around 75 sales in a day plus I sell to Internet Marketers AKA the #1 fraud never-planned-to-pay-so-I-just-charged-back-group-online!), I'm not a moron so I don't ever clog people up with support questions, I have excellent customer service so I rarely ever have a dispute basically they would be making close to $1K a month off me for doing nothing.

Oh well and yes I hope I get into 2CO I was actually on the fence of going with them when I first joined with Plimus but figured since there was a $50 fee I'd try Plimus first and if it sucked I'd move but it worked out.

BTW on the first page of signup with 2CO use this coupon code, it removed the $49.99 new account fee (it actually removes up to $100 of fees if perhaps your country has more than the standard $49.99 fee or you already have an account and are upgrading it, etc.):

- Incorporate a LLC in Wyoming or NM (100 USD/year for resident agent)

Not true. I already did this. Although you can do all of this they need an account 'manager' type and this person has to put their name which matches their SSN (you can have multiple people but must have at least 1). I did this when I got banned tried to create a new account with a LLC (BTW I was in a different state, different CC and bank accounts, etc.) and it would reject my made up SSNs or when I used a fake last name after a little while I think they check it vs IRS for match or no match? Amyways I finally used my real name and SSN even though the account was under IM Service Solutions with an EIN and they banned me a couple of days later.

So, before you drop $100+ on a LLC this is FINE to do but remember you also need to get 1 person willing to tie their name and SSN to this account as well and since I'm single at the moment and trust nobody this isn't an option for me.

I never got a straight answer on this. As you may now PP e-mails go nowhere and since they outsourced phone support since even before ebay bought them it was horrible trying to find out. You get transfered from department to dept. and put on hold when you ask an uncommon question like this; when you finally ask for a manager they will at least tell you flatly that they do not know and cannot say for certain but will transfer you to a manager in a dept that would most likely know. This manager then says he does not know for certain and although I can tell he has a very strong feeling what the answer is the call is recorded and he will not share it with me. At this time he tells me he will "investigate" this issue and return my call which never happens; in case you can't tell this is what happened to me

I can say though that if the account has an EIN it should be liable for taxes not the person but I would assume the person would be liable for legal issues or at the very least the first one contacted/confronted for legal issues. Just my guess though.

My guess is it's not just shady merchants but also people buying products with hacked paypal accounts. It happens quite frequently especially for certain products. Plimus could be getting a lot of disputes from these people too.

Nah, as wowhaxor pointed out, they still want to attach the account to somebody's assigned SSN. I can confirm (from ordering it) that vccandbank's verified Paypal acct (by VBA and 'virtual' SSN) gets around the problem so you don't have to use the SSN associated with YOUR NAME.

Okay guys, woke up 5 am today and managed to call/email/research over 50+ potential Plimus like providers.

And I found 4 that have confirmed by mail/phone that you do not need PP in order to get payment from customers that want to pay using their PayPal.

I would normally just post the info on the open forum, but you never know who is watching.



So I will only share it to people with over 200 posts... via PM. And don't bother wasting my time or your's with some sob story..... If you dont have 200 posts... I will ignore your PM.

my 2 cents is also get yourself a merchant account setup so you can at least bill visa and mastercard on your own.

When I was afraid of paypal ruining my business earlier this year after my first horrifying limitation (which is very abrasive) I got a merchant account and a 1shoppingcart account. You can make the checkout look real professional and trustworthy so people will enter their card. THATs the point. people trust paypal. gotta make your checkout look trustworthy too.
