Hello, i have the same problem. For more than 4 years i have been sellin my software with Plimus, There are more than 800 customers already in my Plimus desk and only 15 refunds. Now my account is under review for unknown reasons. It was stated that this review will not exceed 30 days, but there is already two months and my money (1600 USD) are blocked. Was Your problem solved? Is there any chance that i will receive my money back?
They blocked my account as well. I'm calling support, they forwarding me to somebody in Israel. Israel office seems doesn't have a phone number. I have had near 50k per month with them and good referral network. My business is absolutely legit, but they closed my account and stole my money in one moment, without any notification. Reason was "too many chargebacks". So people, if you want to run a serious business never use plimus. This is a really stupid company. You will have a very bad experience. Be sure.

i wouldn't say plimus is a scam, but i certainly think their customer service sucks. they closed my account without warning saying my product didn't agree with their TOS, even though they've REVIEWED it manually before. also, I wasn't able to get my affiliate's contacts...nice going plimus. i would never recommend you again

If you don't like their customer service, you just can switch to 2CO.

I can confirm this, they hold my affiliate payment not much only $300, i promote product with 30 days moneyback guarantee, and when after 3 month i still didn't get my affiliate payment, they said i have to wait 180 days to make it sure people didn't ask refund on the product, even in their sales page said 30 days moneyback guarantee.
One month after they hold my payment i refuse to promote plimus product, so i have zero affiliate earning on my account, and the problem is they still charging me with paypal fee and maintenance fee, so even i can reach 180 days period, maybe my balance will get lower and i only get about $100 - $180 in the end, so they scam or not for me they already stole my affiliate earning.
