Guys, I found something new.

I was browsing WSO section is Warrior Forum and found a guy who uses Plimus as "buy now" button. I was curious and clicked his Plimus link.

In his Plimus' payment page, he set his homepage to his profile's page in Warrior Forum and the contact is his gmail email address.

He doesn't even own a website and his account is not suspended, while Plimus suspended my account because they think my website is incomplete. How's that?

Still thinking Plimus is not scam? I told you that Plimus is intentionally suspend people's account with bogus explanation to get more $$$, but they don't do it 10 times out of 10 cases.

BTW, in Plimus' terms, have a website is one of their terms

Ok, Ok, I get it..... Its a huge plot, plimus is out to get you, they are a scam and so on..... If all of this is true, then 2 words will fix everything "MOVE ON" find a new payment processor, use them for a while, then come back and tell us that they are a scam too..... Ok,im sorry, that was my bipolar side speaking, but for real, if they got you, they got you, theres nothing you can do about it, so just move on. All I know is they havent scammed me..... They just charge too much

Plimus.com has been down for 1-2 weeks now. I can't even access their site anymore. What kind of legitimate company shuts down like that for 2 entire weeks???

STAY AWAY.

I have 3 products with Plimus - mypadmedia.com, thenovelnetwork.com, and thereadingsite.com and have had ZERO issues with them. Each payment has been on time.

I access the site each and every day, 5 or 6 times a day..... There was one day when they were doing site maintenance when they were down for a few hours, but they promptly sent all vendors emails explaining and even giving them access to the members area still. If thats not legit, I dont know what is.....

Me too, I have several sites that I never had issues with. I did have issues with one site a long time ago, but that was my fault, and I fixed that.

Plimus has already given me a bad feeling about their practices. Not surprising their site was "shut down for maintenance" for 2 days recently...most like the above mentioned DDOS attack!

Plimus is not a scam it is even better then paypal. But manual verification procedure is really frustrating.

to OP if they were scam why they would scam you for 200 pennies and not to earn huge recurring commissions on the sales you will get?

I'm pretty much sure there was something wrong with your product description. I suggest you to call them and workout it could be solved.

They are not Gay like Gaypal they are polite and will restore your account.

I dont know why you guys are arguing about paypal and plimus, they are too different sites, paypal has been around for more than a decade and plimus is just a small company and been around for if I am not mistaken less than five years. Paypal is the major company in terms of payment processor, and plimus is well they take care of the payment and they send it over to paypal for you to get the money, my opinion is that the problem is with plimus itself, they got the mishap, fix it with them not paypal.

sadly to hear that you had bad experience with them

i agree their support is bad and call people who buys from you huge refund rate ext..

but they are not scam

i just use it to get my money from damn paypal coz paypal not support my country :p

I received an email from thius company a week ago stating that they had tried to take $80 from my credit card. No explanation why. When I found out who they were, I checked my Roboform logins and found that I had set up an account with them but never used it.
I then tried to login, bu it was refused stating that I had the wrong login details?
I then received another email with a 28 digit long numerical login name, but not mention of a password. So I used the original password. It was refused.
I tried to reset the password but that was refused.
I clicked the hyperlink in the last email to got o customer support. I got a 404 error!
Fortunately for me, my credit card company were suspicious of this transaction and suspended it. They called me to verify. I told them i had never heard of them and that I had certianly not bought anything from them nor had I used their services. They were very helpful and cancelled the card and have reissued it under a different number!
I get an email every other day from Plimus stating that they are trying to take this money? This is after they originally stated that they would make NO further attempts to take it?
They are fraudulent and should be investigated by whoever the authority is in the US.

I personally use merchant account and alert pay i just started with plimus a few days ago, so ill report back if anything, but key reminder always have more then one back up processor.

1. Merchant account
2. Google checkout
3. Liberty Reserve
4. Alert Pay
5 Plimus
6. Avangate
7. Paypal (Try your best to use them as last result)

Plimus is not a scam. Pays me on time. Try PayPal, have fun getting limited.

I agree, been using myself for 4 months now and doin good. But with my first month they hold some of my funds due to lots of disputes but they just released it after next month.

Yes, this is clear in their terms. If you have a high chargeback/refund rate and do not make consistent/continued sales they will hold back a %age to cover possibly problems. I personally have not had them hold anything back.

yup samething a normal merchant processor would do.

I used Plimus to sell some Facebook Apps for more than 2 years, and it's a very good payment processor (y)

I have Plimus acc. for over 2 years, NEVER had any problems, so stop saying they are running a scam.

I had no problems so far with plimus and I am using them for 3 years now. Maybe because I'm sel.ling no product only sort of memberships. The payment links are on some blank site that is not related to the original membership site to show plimus a fake referer and even there is no link from the fake-main-page to the payment links I've never had any problems getting payed out.

Only the CC fraud checking system is really horrible. They tell you it would be better to delay the payment and controll the data by yourself ... :)
