Please Help!!! Paypal Issue

This might be the wrong place to post this but am not too sure. Please I need help with my paypal.

it contains $55 which is my last card right now.

The issue I have with it is that it's USA paypal(while am not an AMerican and not in the USA), I had issue with the phone number attached to it so when i ever i try logging in am told to verify by phone but since i can't access the number there's no way for me to verify this. so i logged in through the mobile app(which somehow allows me to login) and removed the phone number there, and also added another. But when i login from web version the new number doesn't appear on the list of numbers i can receive text through.

Mods please help me move to the right section if this is wrong.

You need to understand that with Nigerian PayPal I can't receive funds, I use USA paypal to receive payments from advertisers and clients.

If you are using stealth paypal at least configure it properly.

Seriously man, if you want to use blackhat stuff, you need to know what you are doing. Don't do half assed stuff.

Anyway, get a US number, and verify it. Or hire someone to clear the glitch. Or let go of your Paypal account and get a new stealth.

You got a badluck OP. I advice you to use any legit paypal. Like you have relative or friend in USA and they help you making one legit paypal. This one will be lasting long and no issue

same problem i got somedays before but now its solved if you want i can help you.
Just try to reset your password they will send reset password link on your email and they will ask for a credit/debit card number to reset your password and enter that after that i got login to my paypal from new device without phone number verification give a try, If i got that then why not you too.

hi, tried this. Entered my email, then they said they couldn't confirm it's me. So no password reset link was sent. Nothing worked

Then thats paypal was not registered with your email atleast you should get password Reset link

It was. Am able to login on the mobile app suing the same email and password.

I guess the problem I have is quite complicated

i guess you're lucky because of the 55$ balance, just use it to buy something and close your account, you dont want to screw up when the fund growing bigger

Is there a support service? They must provide the transfer of account if your number is lost. Have you not tried?

Check if you can still send funds.
Then exchange your Paypal money for something else, like Neteller, Skrill, bitcoin, etc.
Example: You send $55 Paypal to someone you know/trust and he/she sends you $55 bitcoin in return.

hahahahah.. card there doesn't mean card(as in plastic card)

In Nigeria the phrase 'last card' means last cash/little remaining money someone has.

Same problem happened to my Friend's Paypal as well years ago which had like 650$+ USD

It could not be resolved

Money locked and no Pass reset link to email.
