i have a blog (gymratstyle.com)
I almost was getting 20 traffic a day, but i couldnt have taken care of it because of my college exam about 9 months.
i got adsense approval 1 month ago. and wrote 30 blog posts.
once upon a time (12 months ago), every posts i have has a rank on google, even some of themn in first page
But, now i cant event take a rank in first 100.
Please give me some suggestions and review my site

It might be that the term being a popular generic term, just has more relevant results than what people need your site for. It looks a bit basic, text couple of graphics and ads, nothing really unique, everything feels very much like I seen this website 1000 times before. It looks like your using AI for images too, unless you are a very good chef! lol

Also at the bottom, not to nitpick, but "All Right Deserverd" should be "All Rights Reserved" Check that you don't have lots of those, and register the site in the free ahrefs, so you can know what improvements and keywords you rank for.
 
your site traffic wont survive if youre not mantain and improve anything for 9 months, google keep updating their algorithm, I'd say at least add content per week to let Google know your site is still alive, In fact, that's not even enough

Use a keyword research tool and go for low or zero competition long-tailed keywords.
 
12 months no activity on the blog can kill a blog. You can add more posts and still get the previous stats like 20 views a day but how much earning will it give.
 
I did check your blog and in your sitemap, I see that you have added/updated 16 posts on 2024-07-14, It is a good idea to have more indexable content but "Consistency" is very important in blogging and social media posting because it sets expectations for users and search engines about when new content will come out. If you have written blogs in bulk then also it is recommended to schedule them and post in fixed interval to show that you are consistently updating new content. It will make your blog look more genuine and won't be looked like a suspicious activity to manipulate organic presence of your website.
 
you have to do a through audit of your site and start creating fresh content. daily publish atleast 1-2 articles and maintain that frequency. google prefer fresh articles so either delete the old content and write the new articels or update them with latest information. do the link building from relevant sites and there you go your blog starts ranking again. but you have to create fresh and lstest conent.

You need to be consistent with your blog and make a blog post at least 1-2 times per week so Google does not view it as dead.
