Please help me (PayPal)

Hello,
I just created paypal with payonner card and bank and both are verified. Now i received the payment from my client and the payment is available in my balance but when i am trying to transfer this payment to my bank or try to use it for online transaction purpose i got security check message.
" We will send you text or call to identify its you"
Whereas i used the fake number from textnow.com and my paypal is 100% verified.
How i can use or withdraw this money.
I provided all the documents and my account is fully verified but they are asking for the number for the verification which is under my registration which i don`t have as i am from the other country.
Any help or guide please???

Which number i have to use? I do not belong from US. I created this account with the help of payonner account.
Plz help.

Oh sorry. Actually i am in tension and was not getting the proper answer.
