Add a free finace related tool to your website and a community plugin. Higher chances of approval
 
Would follow this thread coz I'm also having the same difficulty getting Adsense approval.

You won’t get Adsense approved for this stats at any case. And even you got Adsense approval for this stats your earnings would be less than 1$ Or nearly 1$ per one year. So stop trying to get Adsense approval and work hard to increase the traffic. Stop thinking about Adsense first!!!

have AI write your content and then use grammarly or similar services to edit it. run it through one of the million AI and plagiarism detectors out there

I would personally recommend re-make the site under a differnet niche that are easier for approval
Then change it back to your original niche after approval.
The approvals are domain based, and re-approvals are rare cases to be seen.
(Food and Drink/Travel Blog) are usually better and more casual and tends to be alot less trict on articles for approval considering the audience.

No offense but with that grammar skills it'll be hard to get into. Have your content proofread either by a person or a bot.
