Please Help...IG Says my “Account looks disabled”

Can someone help? I can’t login to my IG App. When contacting IG they say my account looks like it’s disabled. I can still login & post using the browser. Have u seen this before?

Any suggestions how to fix this?

I used the Instagram Support thru facebook & it says my account isn't disabled. All these gurus on here somebody has to have seen this before. I'm still posting & responding to posts using the browser...just can't use the app.

I've read to do try a factory reset. Haven't done this yet. I've tried from different phones & still can't login using the app.

Can someone give me suggestions?

Appeal it . You have a small chance to get it back.

Build new accounts and start over. I loose 2-3 a month. It's part of instagram.

No I wasn't botting that's the thing. I think it's something w my ip or my phone. If it's banned how come it's still there & I can still use it normally thru the browser is my question. I got an account banned before & it's really banned...its gone. This one is still here.

Is the appeal something different than i've already done by reporting i can't get in to my app?
