Hello. I'm deep into Youtube for the last 3 years, so my answer MIGHT save you tons of time.
Don't do it. Even if You will succeed ( which is very low chance) youtube will take actions against your channel and you will probably lose your monetisation status. This is the worst case scenarios.
Secondly, even if you are successful, just let's say that - the CPM and RPM will be as low as 1-2$ which is just not enough to risk and pay your time and attention risking for something, that might end up in demonitasation? Just think about it. What I suggest is to hire voice over ( or do it yourself), than make a decent videos and high paying niches such as business or technology.. Or anything related to finance.
