You can give away some accounts for free, but you're not allowed to try to sell.

One of the Moderators will point you in the right direction.

call for action will not be, just a link. I will not write in private messages or ask to buy. if the quality of people satisfies, they themselves will buy. so normal?

Pretty sure that's allowed as long as you're not stating they should buy accounts from you. I don't think giving away free accounts is a bannable offense.
