Places to sell targeted leads

I have written a bot to crawl Twitter and capture user e-mails when they are public. I extract user full name, location, description, website, email and other information.

How I could potentionally monetize this information? Would this work on BlackHatWorld marketplace?

Post a service and you will get the answer. But you better first try some testing on such leads, i mean through some emails or offers etc.

I have already tested it with bloggers and I got high open and reply rates via Wizy/Yesware. To keep good quality I needed to apply some additional filtering, so I filtered specific keywords ('blog', 'writer', 'journal', etc..) with excel.

This week I am preparing to test on dropshipping website to see if it will be successful.

However, I am new here on BlackHatWorld. By posting a service, you mean here on BlackHatWorld in a marketplace section? I must then register as a seller here then, right?

BTW, I would be interested in other monetization strategies too.
