Pinterest User Scraping methods?

So in the past, it was a ton easier using board category as a scraping place, but they have changed, so it dosent load so many pins at once anymore and it has turned to be very time consuming.

Other methods have just dont seem effective : keyword tend to show more marketers/bots and too popular accounts. Following someones followers gets too few people or too many inactive people.

Dose anyone have any special sauce? Is there a way to find fresh accounts, so you know the person is there and real and will pay attention?

Follow users by names.

Some bots allow you to do this. Add bunch of female names, set some filters to avoid fake accounts if bot has that feature and stsrt following.
