However, it's a bug, many people's websites are unblocked now. Pinterest wont admit it's thier bug officially, but many people include me got their websites out of the Pinterest jail now at the same time. I'm sure out of the OP's 18 money sites, is not only one site up again, maybe all are up, like my case.
Happy for you, check your all other sites, they may unblocked too. Pinterest has fixed the glitch, took a week, but finally fixed.

Think i have found the plugin based on the descriptions you gave not sure though. But similar functions. how do you add a redirect link to the pin instead of the original link post?
The Pinterest plugin Is the plugin used on the redirect domain its self to pin and do redirect same time or do you change PIN link URL manually?

You can be paranoid if you want, that's your choice. But from Pinterest's side, they said that accounts didn't look banned and websites looked fine, so they said it was a bug.
If behaving like this helps you make money, then keep on, I guess.
as i understand each website connect with many accounts (plugin wp ) and when add post = pin to this account with diff title and tags

My site is banned by adsense from mass ban in early may, but my pinterest account still active even the traffic is reduced by 50% a week ago.
If i redirect my banned site, to my new site (clone all article), will it safe?
Because my old pin will still have old domain url, but if someone clicked it will redirected to new domain.

If your website was banned by adsense , I don't know what you have to to . Make another adsense account? Better to ask someone who knows much more than me .
You can redirect a domain with traffic ( I understand cos your domain still have traffic from Pinterest) to a different domain without any problems . But I don't know if adsense will ban the new domain as well
