The answers is simple, i got banned ~200 accounts + verified accounts of websites one year a go. Even that i did not cross pinned( i can't remember for sure).
I was using this template 10 redirected website to one.
I pined one domain with verified account -> repined tire one -> repined tire two, i never got to tire 3
) and the result => banned accounts.
I think the problem whit redirects is that only you can pin from a page which is redirected because only you know the links. And when you claim a domain with an account and pin from it, it's like you're yelling, "hei i'm spamming i'm pining from here and it's my website!"
. Even if you don't claim you website in time only a few accounts will pin from a redirected domain.
The safest way to not get you account flagged or banned for pining spammy stuff is to avoid redirected link in your pins. That's why i made myself a bot that verify where is the link going, if passes the filters it's pining with the final url.
