Pinterest Ghosting

Any way to recover? This account has a decent amount of followers (5K+) that can still see pins to my non-group boards on their home feed. I'm just debating whether or not to continue pinning regularly on these non-group boards for fear of getting banned. This account was once suspended, now reinstated, and now ghosted. I'd like to preserve it because of residual repins and traffic.


Any help is appreciated.

I have no idea what is going on.I got 20 accounts ghosted last night?As I think they have changed something,but I really don't know what...
 
Mine are alright, it might be the case that instead accounts your site might be ghosted, i have seen that pinterest is changing their algo in respect to that
Just try repinning some general pins to check out

I think you are posting the popular pins from pinterest to your site, this makes these moms crazy and they go hitting report button
I can think only of this case otherwise you are pretty safe when you are pinning to non-group boards
Let it stay for a while and then check, it might get re-insisted

1 questions, off to the OP topic
Do pinterest tracks IPS instead of accounts, Means I was using 12 accounts in unique IP.
and after Following 30-35 from all accounts my IP got spammed i was not able to follow more from any of those accounts

I was using NewipNow proxies what proxies or suggestion you have??

No it is nothing with the web-sites.I tried to repin other peoples pins and they also don't show on the feed.There is something else....

I have my own content to pin and don't do the scrape-upload-pin method; but this account has been reported before for pinning the same pins from my site. I rotate 200+ images, but I also pin other pins at a 1 (mine):3 (others) ratio. Because of the ghosting, I'm only pinning to my personal boards once a week, just to be cautious. My other accounts will bring in traffic.

Are the accounts tied together somehow, such as inviting them all together in the same group boards, or pinning the same pins at the same time, or following each other, or having the same non-group board names?

There could be a footprint that's easily traced. Aside from my big ghosted account, I have 10 smaller accounts that I'm building up. I gave each one it's own personality and even got them invited to group boards under their own accord, i.e. did not invite them as friends once I got into a board. So far so good.
 
Just an update: My ghosted account got invited to a group from out of the blue. The pins to this new group show up on followers' feed. But pins from my old group boards remain ghosted.

I want to ask about the last update of pinterest cuz after using some new accounts for 7 at 10 days all the accounts are suspended.
And same thing happened to me twice Im wondering if my use look so spammy for the pinterest eyes
Any help on this side I will be grateful.

It's likely that you're being reported by other users for whatever reason. Best to contact customer service under one of the suspended accounts and ask for a reinstatement and a reason for suspension. Other than that, just start over again w/ new accounts / ip and pin conservatively.

I'm already a victim of last pinterest update lost 100 account with at least 700 follower:frusty:.
For the pinterest accounts are builded manually or with another tool.
Because I already lost all my accounts after a month of repining.
 
The reason for the ghosting is the shitty moms reporting your site cuz they don't like you for one reason or another.
It could be that you stole their pic or recipe, it could be that you have an ad even if you have unique content.
They have nothing better to do than hit report on anything they don't like.
They think they are superheros.
It could be a totally innocent pin, pointing to a site that is not spammy at all.
You could not overpost and still get ghosted or banned.
You could be repinning someone else's pin that you thought was awesome
and still get ghosted or banned.

THE SOLUTION:

Everyone needs to keep writing to Pinterest and telling them that you want your account fixed.
This way, they will eventually get the picture and remove the auto-ghost or auto-ban feature.

This will only work if everyone does it, though.
And will only work if you do it from an account that truly was doing zero spamming but still got reported.


We'll fight these moms.
It's not our fault they have no life.

Now I will Change my pinterest "repinning and following" behaviour.
Also THE QUALITY of my accounts.
it's so hard to be natural for longtime and now I remember that quality beats quantity like you said.
We will keep fighting and let the moms die in peace.:rocketwho
 
i don't know but it's possible to be ghosted or blocked for having amazon banners in your site?

my story:

day 15 march - 5k views in a day (my record) i've earned +50€ that day and i've thinked about adding some amazon affliate banners

days 16 - 19 the visits dropped under 800 views/ day. i've removed the amazon

day 20: 2k views at the moment
 
i know the post is old but i seems like mi in the same problem, my main pinterest account got ghosted, can any one tell me how long will i be ghosted.... do pinterest have some tat or what?

ı think its approximately for 1 or 1.5 months many of my accounts was ghosted in 1 or 1.5 ı started to get repins but don't pin in this period.. just like and follow..
