Pinterest + Clickbank

Hey

I just wanted to know if someone is making decent amount with Clickbank by only promoting it on pinterest? Does it convert?
I know the conversions depend upon the type of product. Since the majority of users on pinterest are females, I am thinking about promoting a CB product in women fitness niche and only promote it on pinterest.

Please share you ideas and experience.

I don't think just Pinterest will do. You'd probably combine it with some other web presence.

I've seen people mentioning youtube to bring traffic. Do I need to have any specific number of followers on my youtube to bring sales?
