Do a little research on google about the top and best paying niches. Sort out the best ones those are close to your interest. (For example Insurance, Online Marketing, Pets, Health, etc. are the good paying niches. You need to drill down to find exact one that will benefit you.)

Build your website around those topics. It will be tough to build websites on topics we do not really love, but in IM business my friend, this is how we make money. Keep your likings aside and take it as a pure business.

Take a broad niche and type it in google and add ‘job types’

If I was this enthusiastic, I would give up before starting. Why would you force yourself in to doing something that is not going to pay bills till years.
