Your best bet is to coordinate with someone that has experience setting up and running actual phone farms.
You'll need a setup with mobile proxies included and still follow the best practices type of thing.
For one model this makes things somewhat more difficult, I assume you may want to look into multi platform solution, as opposed to running x accounts on Instagram.
