Pharma website | I need good SEO Optimization

I have a pharma site that I have passed through 3 domain names over time. Currently the site has very few views. I have invested many years in this site. Many told me that it would be better to give up on it and make another new site than to try to make something good out of the existing one. What do you think ? Is there anyone who can help me?

pharma is nasty, lots of billionaires in that industry, I am not surprised you're not ranking...

If you're willing to pay someone to do the things (site audit, competitor analysis, ranking, etc.) and you have deep pockets ask for help in here, maybe someone's kind (or bored) enough to take on this challenge:

Consider revisiting your SEO strategy. It might be worth consulting with an SEO expert to review and improve your site’s performance.

Do not leave your aged domain with backlinks

Leave only if you have manual SEO penalty or shadow bans by google.

Pharma is very hard to rank, so very few professionals actually know what they are doing. Raw links and usual SEO does not work.
They will have to make you an entity , build EEAT.

So, when people dont know what to do .... they tell u to drop it.

Thanks for replay.
I deleted old links. Thanks to this site I learned what SEO means. I did many things myself. I was really successful up to a point. Bad things started when I lost the domain for the first time several years ago, but when I lost the domain for the second time, things started to go really bad. Even if I understand more about SEO, I can't do most of the work anyway. I personally work only on: content, Titles, Meta Descriptions/Titles, Headings, Robosts txt and internal link building. That's all I'm good at.

-> This is a good building block for SEO.

I would recommend you to try it yourself but this is in the YMYL niche. If you want to learn and try things , any basic niche with low competition is good for that.

If you are low on budget , take an experienced professionals consultation. And then try to learn yourself. Dont buy services blindly.

Yes, I know it's good. I also write articles on pharmaceuticals, nutrition, training. I have few articles but I continue to make them. FB, twitter and others block all links from my website except informative/educational articles from my blog. But anyway, they have no impact. No one on social networks reads them. I don't even have a like.

I have been there. Feel bad for you.

I would recommend partnering with someone if you are willing to do the articles, work, etc.

You may find a legit SEO pro to help you out.

The problem with backlinks is big on this site. I don't really have them at all. Where I tried to put my links, they were deleted everywhere. I don't think a good backlink campaign would do any harm here. But I don't know how to do it. I am ready to pay for it. But they should be quality links.

I am currently working on a new website, but I don't want to give up my first website. I hope that one day I will be able to make him have good results. I have already received 2 proposals from this post. I talked to the boys. We will see what will come out of this.

Yes, that's good if you want to try some professionals for working on your existing website. You should also focus on creating more quality content on your website if you are not because if you don't provide new information on your website then it's performance will be limited over time.

Anybody know a good service to send bulk email for this topic ? At the moment i can't send bulk email to my customers I can't inform them about promo or other news.

you can try mailchimp for sending bulk emails
 
You can keep the old site as far as there are no issues, check for the back link profile and if any issues and rectify them before uploading new content or back links. With the old site you can reach to new customers and existing customers easily than trying new one.
