    Hey all,

I?m starting a website about personal development for internet marketers and I wanted to hear your views.

I want to know what you guys want to learn. What do you need help with? What are your concerns?

Do you want to hear about dealing with stress in your entrepreneurial lifestyle? How about getting that extra motivation to continue on with your work? What about psychology ?tactics? to help persuade others when going to an interview or what not?

Or do you want to hear about simple, easy nutrition plans that will help give you more energy throughout the day without having to spend hours cooking meals.

Continuing on the same line of thought, how about simple 30min exercise plans that will help keep your health in balance?

I want to hear it all!

So please, tell me what you think. That way I can create really in-depth guides about what you actually want to know about.

I WANT TO HEAR THE PEOPLE?S VOICE!!

Voted. Balancing work with family life is my #1 choice (and the only one I need help with).
Sometimes I work so hard that I forget why and who I'm working for.

Big Internet Marketers don't need a personality development coach as they sort out what they need themselves without the need to look after an adviser.

Your "target" audiences are the ones who're starting out with their Entrepreneurial journey and your big obstacle will be in convincing them to stick to their schedule as they generally don't have one. No matter how much you sugarcoat the articles/videos with the powerful motivational words or analogies, they'll always find an excuse to hop out and procrastinate their tasks. I've personally improved or should I say developed., several individuals lifestyle but sooner or later, they'll always go back and do their own thing as they please. Even if it's a bad decision for their profession, carrier or lifestyle.

Asking them for the opinions is simply not going to work as they don't have any idea on what they want in their life. They're dumbstuck and will always say they want money and happiness and healthy lifestyle but how they're going to get it remains a mystery inside their head and you need to knock it out of them. You need to tailor your recommendations based on what's good for them and what not. You can also try posting some "challenges" and see how they perform after reading/watching your article/video. This way you'll see how deep your words/advice penetrated into their mind. No human will like to see themselves as a loser in a challenge/competition.

In order to be a great coach, you need to be a good manipulator to re-program your student's mind for the betterment of their life.

They need to learn how to find methods, how not to lose motivation/positiveness, how to make the methods work, how to work hard or smart or both, and how to reinvest, and grow multiple income sources. They should also learn when to stop for few hours, get away from the PC, get into local reallife social networking, how much time to give to family and children, how to enjoy a walk and the sunshine and fresh air, how to relax properly, how and when to exercise, how to eat good healthy food, how and when to meditate, how to smile and laugh, how and when to do some community work (for free), how to use the mobile and TV to a minimum when not sitting on the PC, how to do some local IM marketing but not overdo it, etc., etc., ... :)

Wow thanks for all the encouragement and great answers guys!

Thanks for those great insights FBGuru, yeah beginners would be my target market and I agree in that I think I need to lay everything out very, very clearly. Like say for 'productivity' I would give some fundamental background information but then provide actionable advice and techniques they can use immediately like creating a schedule (maybe with an example) and using a notepad to remember things etc etc.

Are you able to expand on this idea a little bit please because it is very interesting. How would you go about manipulating them to change their way of thinking?

Hi Srb888, there are some great ideas in there! For the beginning I think I will focus on areas such as motivation, productivity etc. rather than re-investment and how to actually make money online. Perhaps as I expand I will include these areas in my site but I reckon that there is heaps of info out there about starting a site but none about personal improvement with an emphasis for internet marketers.

That's a good idea about including when to actually stop working and go outside to socialize and enjoy nature and relaxation.

Thanks again and keep your thoughts coming guys! This is all really interesting stuff!
