Just thought I would post an updated review of this service, a week or two down the line after delivery.
I can honestly say its the best keyword research service I have used to date, and I say that because -
1.Hacko is very good at communicating, everything is well described in terms of what you get and delivery exceeds expectations.
2.The keyword report was very detailed and everything is explained clearly in terms of why the competition is low.
3.The keyword itself is truly low competition - unlike some services where you get a keyword that is "low competition" according to automated tools but then top 10 results tell a completely different story, the keyword I got from Hacko really is low competition and the top 10-20 results back that up (In fact as of today there are only 91 results in total for this keyword!!!).
Right now I have two sites already in the top 100 for this term and its only less than two weeks since I got the keywords delivered. One site is at #88 and one site is at #89. This is without any backlinks or social signals being built at all and only one out of those two sites has had any on-page work done on it.
Honestly I can't talk highly enough of this service. I will definitely be coming back for more keywords soon and also, by the way, I keep a list of service providers and notes on them - T1, T2, outreach, designers and so on. I have a spreadsheet for keyword research providers, and guess who is on it - only @hacko

After my friend suggested this service I went ahead and purchased the $99 package. Here is my review for the service, I have been into amazon niche sites so I have a fair idea about the keyword research process and keyword difficulty.
Communication : Replied within a few hours(Time zone difference) and promptly answered all the questions I asked, Some of my questions were very silly tbh(I do this to test the sellers attitude)
TAT : It took a day more but it was again communicated. This is totally okay as it was Christmas and the seller said he was ill, I was pleased that he was transparent and told the status without lying. I received the order as promised.
Keyword Difficulty : The seller asked me for the niche, I told him to give keywords of a niche of his choice which has the lowest comp. I was astonished to see the kws, I manually checked all the keywords and the competition was low to nothing. The report was professional and he answered questions regarding the SEO plan for the site.
I am very pleased with this service and will definitely come once I rank these nuggets. Thanks a ton @hacko

TAT is ~7 business days as already stated, not sure what sort of update you're looking to get. Your order was placed on Dec 31st and it's only been 3 business days since then - you will have it by Monday though.
