Yes you can, you will need good accounts and proxies though and a little knowledge on how to set them up so they don't get banned.

haha, you can definitely do that as each browser has it's own cookies and container, however you'll have to be careful with the rotating ips... and it will take some time to do it all manually.

you can use it on two devices, but not at the same time. Also all data is stored locally so you will not have access to what one does from the other device unless you keep copy-pasting it back and forth.

Well the idea is not to leave a fooprints, for that reason you need proxies, to hide the fact that all the accounts are coming from the same place. Also make sure not to interlink them together and take it easy overall, they need to look like a real person is using them.
