I received the free review pack from this service - 6 links.

Good points -

• Site metrics are decent - I checked one site at random and it has TF31, CF24 on majestic.
• The sites are all niche related - very relevant to the niche I requested so thats good.
• OBL is very low. Most of the pages there were less than 10 comments in total.
• Comments were longer than just generic "nice article".

Bad points -

• All 6 links were no-follow.
• The comments are ok but they look like spun content to me - relevant, but grammatically not very good.

Overall its pretty decent service considering the low cost per link and its a good way to add in some good niche related links for diversity.
