Why aren't you responding to your messages?? This is poor service. Many people are buying, but yet, receiving login infos takes days. while it should take minutes.
And many days pass by on the threads before we see you reply to many and many questions and queries.
The same thing is happening on here and on another website thread where you're also selling this software.
If you don't have time to do support, you should consider hiring a part time support outsourcer, if you want to focus your time on development.
That's basic Business 101.
Reply to your messages, posts, tickets,... and make sure login info are given right after purchase !!!!!!!!
