I would say very little to get started, it all depends on what tools you use based on my recommendations. I do suggest at minimum a website on Wordpress which will likely run you $100~ or so with hosting, premium theme and a domain. All in all you can very easily start this type of business without a lot of investment, you just need to focus, take action and put the effort in to acquire clients and grow.
