I have a pending order that was supposed to be completed within few days according to the writer. But it is getting to 2 weeks, I have not seen anything yet. Not heard from OP via email and here. I am going to be requesting for a refund very very soon.

I used paypal dispute and got my money back after about 10 days. IMHO, I think that is the best option. Perhaps, the admin should look into this and maybe close this thread until Laura is back online.
Yep, exactly. That is why I tagged iknowseo, maybe it's best to temporarily close thread until she is back, but not my decision to make.
