Regarding your IP you will have no problem because you will access directly to the owners computer, and from the website just use a different url for each website and for each 5 more or less use different domains

Which FB business pages should these ads be linked to?..
We have a couple that FB says isn't flagged but I think they are.. even though 10 years old and 35k followers
Is there some sort of guarantee on the ad account if it gets disabled?

Not really this are aged accounts, so if you create one from scratch will probably get flagged immediatly when you create an ad, so people who buy accounts are people who either dont have any real aged accounts or flagged cc or something similar.

Have good things to say about this seller. Purchased an account from him and guy, his accounts are among the strongest accounts I had. Seller was also extremely useful, and answered any questions I had along the way. Accounts were readily accessible via adespresso and I had no difficulty accessing them, running campaigns etc.. In terms of people wondering why his balances are more expensive, that's because these are actual personal accounts that I purchase for Ads purposes. Impressed with the amount of quality and service.
