for me there is no reason why to not sell it, android isn't easy but profitable, most of buyers will not make any competition for me
2mln apps, 1,5bln of users, still there is a place in play store even 20% of buyers make good profit by working
yes, it's requires some learning, it's not again method for instagram but it's more stable and profits can be much higher than 1000 instagram accounts
it's different than other methods on this forum and it's my life for last 6 years

i am using one account - one domain but probably ill use even different IP for this
google is going very deep, they scan your app, strings and probably also ip traces but it's not confirmed

No budget to start but if you want to start with no budget, you need to have 5-10 google play accounts.
Ofcourse some server needed but can be even cheap hosting, json files are not heavy.

yes you can open more accounts and only safe way is virtualbox/vmware, different card, data and IP
