Placed 2 order with them. What I like is its easy to use this pbn and support.
The only thing I don't like the maximum upload in file manager is 10 MB file, which wasted my 2-3 hours to upload backup of my previous pbn's. I would suggest ugjunk to remove the limit of uploading.
So anyone can upload their backup files in minutes, my files uploaded by their support team.

I am extremely sorry about the delay. I was super busy setting up our brand new office. The new office is now up and running and we are back in action!

That's correct, you grab your domain for your PBN, and then simply select location and it will deploy your PBN at one of the major cloud hosting provider.

Then you will get the FTP access to upload all your data

In short, it's a PBN management/hosting platform like you rightly said

At first the service really seemed good, but after i started monitoring my websites, i noticed that every day some of the doesn't load/become unreachable. And support doesn't fix this issue. So be cautious.

Again, as stated in my previous reply. If you are one of the customer overloading your server then it's going to go down to avoid others getting affected.

Not at all, all our other customers are enjoying the lovely uptime except for a couple who are trying to overload the resources which are quite normal with any hosting company. Regardless that overloading doesn't affect you in anyway.

Are there any restrictions on the plugins I am able to install on the domains I host with you? For example, one of your competitors prevents its subscribers from installing plugins such as updraft that backs up your domain to your dropbox for you.

You get complete access. You can install any plugin as you wish, unlike any other provider that have you mentioned, we do not restrict you from using any plugins.

I'm sorry for the newb question but when the site says deploy that means I have to buy the domain and then transfer it to your site with a unique IP? What about hosting?

Concept sounds great but they have constant issues, uptime is very poor and on top of that they messed up ssl redirections. They redirected our sites to others on their network and Google indexed (gambling) content from those domains on our domains, essentially ruining our domains.

Many of our sites been now down weeks.

HTTPS redirect to other customers sites still haven't been fixed even it's been reported many days ago and Google is indexing their sites on our domains.

Extremely disappointed and lost a lot of money/domains due to these issues.

Many of my domains keep going down too. They skate around the issue blaming me or my sites overloading the server. Which I find completely wrong considering I have max 3 plugins and 1 of them being Yoast on each of my PBNs.

It's been an ongoing thing for months now, makes me wish I hadn't of paid for a year upfront.

I won't be renewing my account.
